Drink more water!

We all read about it but drinking more water really does makes a difference to your skin. Drinking a 1.5 litre bottle a day will make your skin look healthy and glowing.

It plumps up the skin, good if you have have fine lines around your eyes so get glugging! Try it for a week and see the difference it makes.

Let's start with cleansing

Product Recommendations: Eye Make-up Removers

1. Budget - Simple Conditioning Eye Make-Up Remover - £2.99 125ml

2. Mid-range - Liz Earle Eyebright Soothing Eye Lotion - £9.25 150ml
Tip: keep it in the fridge and use as an eye compress. Don't use to take off heavy eye make-up as you'll waste it. I've been using a budget cleanser to get rid of most of the eye make-up and this one to soothe my eyes afterwards!

3. Luxury - Talika Lash Conditionining Cleanser - £12.72 100ml
Excellent at taking off layers of mascara and you hardly need to use much product at all.

Bliss!

Popped to House of Fraser at lunch to start my beauty research only to find Bliss products on the shelves, big news for this Victoria department store! Starting chatting to the Bliss man to blag some free samples (so I can review them of course ;) and received a 30ml Lemon & Sage Body Butter, 2 sachets of their Clog-dissolving Cleansing Milk that I'll try in the morning (it has skin brightening bioflavaniods apparently) and 2 sachets of Fat Girl Sleep! It says its formulated to release dimple diminishers so we'll give it a go I guess....can't imagine I'll see much difference from just the one sachet though!

Quick update on how I got on with my Bliss stuff, liked the
Lemon & Sage Body Butter although not hugely moisturising but smelt nice. The Clog-dissolving Cleansing Milk was a bit too drying for my skin, although I did feel very clean afterwards, it would suit someone with oily skin. More cleansing tips to follow!
